WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
As long as you give us 2 days notice we can transfer your existing deposit to your rescheduled appointment. Any shorter notice than that then you lose your deposit. Multiple reschedules/ No shows flag up on our system and your account will be suspended.
DO I PAY FOR A TOUCH UP?
Touch ups are offered free within the first 6months of a Tattoo we do. However if you look after your tattoo poorly (We know the difference) then you may be charged a rate to fix the poorly looked after tattoo.
If you fail to show up for your touch up without notice you lose your free touch up. You can either pay a set up rate or wait until you have another tattoo and get it touched up for free during that paying session.
