I WANT A TATTOO BUT I’M ON A LIMITED BUDGET. HOW DO YOU DETERMINE PRICING?
We will always give you your monies worth. With tattoos we take into consideration your budget whilst designing a tattoo. We are fair and honest with our pricing. You will always know what you're committing to before tattooing you.
WHAT DO I DO FOR AFTERCARE?
We will always advise you on your aftercare. We will advise you to the best products to buy/use and we will answer any questions you may have.
HOW LONG DOES A TATTOO TAKE?
The time a tattoo takes changes from person to person. Many factors need to be thought about. Your pain threshold, Skin type, Size of the tattoo, Placement of the tattoo, Detail of the tattoo and more.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
As long as you give us 2 days notice we can transfer your existing deposit to your rescheduled appointment. Any shorter notice than that then you lose your deposit. Multiple reschedules/ No shows flag up on our system and your account will be suspended.
DO I PAY FOR A TOUCH UP?
Please make us aware if you beleive your tattoo needs a touch up within 2 months of having the tattoo. Pop in and we can discuss getting it touched up.
We do NOT touch up Hands/ Fingers/ Face and Feet tattoos for free as you would have been made aware that these areas do not heal well and that it is your resposibility to heal them properly.
If you fail to show up for your touch up without notice you lose your free touch up. You can either pay a set up rate or wait until you have another tattoo and get it touched up for free during that paying session.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE FOR A TATTOO?
Tattoos are over 18's only. Piercings are different and vary from piercing to piercing.
To secure your tattoo appointment, a deposit must be paid at least 2 weeks before your appointment date.
- If your deposit is not received by this deadline, your appointment is not guaranteed and may be offered to another client.
- If no deposit has been paid, we will contact you to remind you and give you the opportunity to secure your booking. If payment is still not received, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and book the space with someone else.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if:
- You cancel with less than 48 hours' notice.
- You fail to attend your appointment (no-show).
- You arrive more than 15 minutes late, as this may mean we are unable to complete your appointment.
Our deposit policy is in place to protect our artists' time and ensure appointment spaces are used fairly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
AI-GENERATED IMAGES & TATTOO DESIGN TERMS
If you provide an AI-generated image as a reference for your tattoo, please understand that AI images are used for inspiration and guidance only.

AI-generated images will not be copied exactly as a final tattoo design.

Your tattoo artist will use the AI image to understand your requested subject, composition, style, placement and overall idea.

Your final tattoo design may look noticeably different from the AI-generated reference. This is intentional and is part of adapting the idea into a professional tattoo design.

Most AI-generated images are not suitable for tattooing as they are. They may contain unrealistic anatomy, excessive detail, impossible shapes, distorted features, incorrect shading, or details that will not translate well onto skin.

Your artist may alter, simplify, redraw, rearrange or completely reinterpret elements of the AI image to ensure the design is tattoo-suitable, technically achievable and suitable for your chosen placement and size.

Tattoo designs need to take into account factors such as skin, ageing, line weight, spacing, detail, readability and how the tattoo will heal over time. These considerations may require changes to the original AI image.

Providing an AI image does not mean that you are purchasing an exact reproduction of that image.

We cannot guarantee that your finished tattoo will look identical to an AI-generated image, and differences between the AI reference and the final tattoo design are not considered a fault or failure to follow the requested design.

Your artist's professional judgement will always be used when adapting an AI concept into a safe, achievable and long-lasting tattoo.

By approving your tattoo design, you acknowledge that you understand and accept that the final design may differ from the AI-generated reference.

Tattoo Appointment & Deposit Policy
Ravens Tattoos – Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment with Ravens Tattoos, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Age Policy

You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo at Ravens Tattoos.

No exceptions will be made. Valid photo ID may be required at your appointment.
2. Bookings & Deposits

All tattoo appointments require a booking fee at least 2 weeks before your appointment to secure the date and time.

Booking fees are non-refundable if less than 48 hours’ notice is given for cancellation or rescheduling.

If at least 48 hours’ notice is provided, the booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment (subject to availability).

The booking fee will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo on the day of your appointment.
3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be rescheduled unless discussed with us in advance.

This is to ensure we can run on time for all clients.

In cases of late arrival without prior notice, the booking fee will be forfeited.
4. Pricing

Tattoos are priced per piece, unless otherwise stated.

Final prices may vary depending on size, detail, placement, and any changes requested on the day.
5. Touch-Ups

No free touch-ups are offered on hands or fingers due to the nature of healing in these areas.

For all other tattoos, we must be notified within 2 months of the original appointment if a touch-up is required.

Touch-ups requested after this period may be chargeable.
6. General

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided. We cannot be held responsible for healing issues caused by improper aftercare.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving abusively, disrespectfully, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
